As part of its commitment to enhancing the postgraduate experience, the Graduate School is creating a new Open Access E-journal for postgraduate research.
What is E-mporium?
E-mporium is an interdisciplinary journal, committed to facilitating interdepartmental exchange and encouraging a multidisciplinary approach to contemporary debates. Our mission is to provide a publishing platform that raises the profile of postgraduate research at the University of Lincoln and also provides students with experience in the peer-review publishing process.
By getting involved in E-mporium you will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of professional and transferable skills. As well as enhancing your research portfolio, E-mporium presents an invaluable opportunity to enrich your postgraduate experience and develop yourself as a researcher.
As a Peer Reviewer:
- Facilitate the publication of high quality research by critically analysing and evaluating submissions
- Act as a representative of your discipline and give constructive feedback
- Receive training from an academically distinguished mentor with experience of the peer review process
- Develop yourself professionally through the acquisition of practical editing and reviewing skills.
Any students who are completing a PhD or Masters by Research will be eligible to complete a review.
