Meet The Team

Stuart Humphries – Director of the Doctoral School

Stuart is the Dean for Research Environment at the University and the Director of the Doctoral School. He is responsible for research culture, including the Doctoral School and the Institute for Advanced Studies. As Director of the Doctoral School he leads on policy, strategy, and provides training for PGR supervisors.

Tanya Spratt – Academic Development Officer

Tanya is the Academic Development Officer. Working in the Researcher Development Team within Research and Industrial Partnerships. She is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering events for the Institute for Advanced Studies and the Doctoral School. Tanya also supports the Research Development Co-ordinator.

Rebekah Eager- Public Engagement Clerical Assistant

Rebekah is part of the Research and Industrial Partnership team working as a Public Engagement Clerical Assistant. Her role includes engaging with and supporting researchers, early careers researchers and postgraduate students to enhance their research experience at Lincoln. She works closely with the Doctoral School and the Lincoln Institute for Advanced Studies. Rebekah also provides support for a number of research activities including inaugural lectures, research workshops and events which provide students and the public the opportunity to engage with research, network and further their development.
